Roger Cruickshank

Roger is AtkinsRealis’ (AR) Transportation Lead in the Middle East, based in   Dubai, with more than 35 years experience in delivering Transport Projects and advising clients in both the public and private sector. Most of his career has been spent overseas, primarily in the Middle East and South East Asia, with project work also in India, China and Africa.

His key focus is identifying strategic opportunities that provide clients a full insight into AR’s end to end capabilities including advisory, design, project delivery and operations.  He has been involved in most of the major transport projects in the region including Dubai Metro, Riyadh Metro, Doha Metro, Sharq Crossing, Dubai Airport and Abu Dhabi airport and more recently with the many Saudi Giga and Megaprojects.

He has key experience in the Public Transport, Rail & Aviation Sectors and leads the Group’s Future of Transport initiatives.  He has been with AtkinsRealis for 17 years and is one of 50 Fellows that strive to bring true technical excellence into the business.
