Dina Dweik is an Associate Director at TBH with over a decade of experience in planning, project controls, and dispute resolution. She began her career working with contractors on major commercial and infrastructure projects, where she gained practical expertise in programme development, progress reporting, and the preparation of claims. Her early exposure to contractual matters and dispute-related work sparked a deep interest in construction law, which she has since pursued through both consulting and expert advisory roles.
Dina’s portfolio spans a broad range of sectors including infrastructure, residential, healthcare, education, leisure and tourism, airports, and rail. She has supported clients, contractors, and legal teams on matters involving extension of time, disruption, acceleration and loss of productivity. Her work includes preparing and assessing claims, drafting contractual correspondence, and contributing to expert reports for arbitration, adjudication, and litigation proceedings. She also assists appointed experts in forensic delay analysis.
Recognised for her ability to bridge technical insight with legal strategy, Dina is a Registered Expert Witness with RICS and a Certified Contracts Manager with FIDIC. She is also a member of the Project Management Institute and the Jordanian Engineers Association.
Dina holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Jordan and a Master’s degree in Construction Law and Dispute Resolution from the British University in Dubai.
