Samantha Rowles

Samantha Rowles leads Serco’s Middle East transport division in her role as Managing Director – Mobility & Emergency Services. She is driven and passionate about leading rapid growth, operations and business transformation through creating high-performing teams. Accountable for the P&L of the transport business across aviation, rail and advisory services, Samantha leads operations, client engagement, growth and strategy in the 1,200 employee strong sector. Samantha is part of the executive leadership team and reports directly into the CEO. She is responsible for multifaceted services including air navigation, consultancy, fire rescue services, mobility, engineering and customer experience. She is passionate about equality, diversity and inclusion, supporting women in business and regularly participating in conferences and panels to share her thoughts and experiences. A data-driven approach, commitment to application of technology transformation and collaborative stakeholder management are the hallmark of Samantha’s reputation.
